The Keep Your Chin Up and Healthcare Heroes scholarships were created to assist Arizona residents age 25 years or older who are attending college, or any accredited vocational or certificate program that will improve their workforce skills.

Begin preparing!
You will need the following items:

Arizona driver's license

Letter of recommendation

Most recent tax return
-
Job History
-
College transcripts (if applicable)

Copy of FAFSA application (if applicable)
Begin working on your essay (up to 750 words)

Your essay should address your college goals, what you intend to do with your education, and why a scholarship is important to you and your family. Include any personal characteristics, or experiences that make you uniquely worthy of scholarship consideration as well as any information that might help us understand your request for financial assistance.
